Return Policy for CBD Products

RETURN POLICY FOR CBD/HEMP PRODUCTS
If you purchased your product directly from LIL BITS SCENTS, LLC., we offer a 7-day return policy from when the product (CBD/HEMP products only) was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, used/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customer support hours are 8am to 6pm.

Refunds do not include return shipping fees and / or expedited shipping charges.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

At its discretion, LIL BITS SCENTS, LLC reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges, as well as an 8% restocking fee from any refund due. Multiple shipping attempts from LIL BITS SCENTS , LLC may incur additional shipping fees.

Sale Items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded,
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
lilbitscents@lilbitsscents.com or call 877-957-9686. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
