Return & Exchange Policy

We are not responsible for any shipping charges that incur when returning a product. It’s the customer's responsibility to return the items to LIL BITS SCENTS within 5 ( FIVE ) days of delivery. After the 5th day, no refunds. We cannot refund your money if you used or burned any portion of your candle/s or other products you purchase from LIL BITS SCENTS unless it was found to be a defective item/s.
